Principal Developer
Always a bit of a nerd, Josh started out tweaking game code in his younger years but quickly pivoted to web development. Over the last decade he has managed websites for Telstra, government, big banks, Swinburne and just as many tradies, charities and one-person bands. Based in Craigieburn, Melbourne.
We're not trying to be the biggest web agency in Melbourne. We don't want to be.
We run Paragon Panda because we kept meeting small business owners who'd been let down, overcharged, or ghosted mid-project. That stuff frustrates the hell out of us. We'd rather take on fewer clients, do the work properly, and pick up the phone when you call. Josh also contracts for Telstra currently so we may not answer on the first ring, but leave a message and we'll call you straight back. Otherwise we might lump you in with the other dozen real estate agents cold-calling us.
Fair warning: we're direct, we swear occasionally, and we'll tell you if your genius idea is a waste of money, even when it would've gone in our pocket. We care about building something you can be proud of.
Most agencies ask for a deposit or milestone payment before you've seen much of anything. We get why, but it's a rough deal when you're the one taking the risk.
We'll put together a full design for your business on a real staging site first, so you can see what we deliver before a dollar leaves your account. We'll tweak until you're happy and if something doesn't feel right, walk away.
We don't recycle the same template from 2010 and call it a day. Web stuff moves fast and your competitors aren't standing still. We'll keep pushing your site forward so you're not left behind because we got comfortable.
