The Problem

The old site was chaotic - slow load times, unclear navigation, outdated visuals, and no clear path to sign up, donate, or adopt. Despite their amazing mission and loyal following, the experience didn’t reflect the heart behind the brand.

We redesigned it from scratch using Next.js to prioritise performance and structure. The result? A bright, mobile-first site built to make visitors laugh, learn, and take action.

Before

Previously: dense blocks of text, inconsistent design, and unclear user flow. Most pages didn’t render properly on mobile and the donation funnel was buried.

The team handled most communication manually, with no easy way to manage volunteers, signups, or share updates. Even the fun side of the brand felt buried.
